My Great Source of Knowledge

For recreation and learning, me and my mate Prakash Devkota made a plan to visit Science city, the greatest source of knowledge for students of science. After we reached there, we started analyzing each and every thing around us.

 All the physical, Chemical and Biological things are around us. We don't want to miss any things and try to gain knowledge from each and everything. Our teacher used to say, "if you read you will forget quickly, but if you understand it you will never forget it".

We had already read about simple machine like lever, pulley, wheel and axle in a book. But tour of science city helps to understand the theory clearly. Practical knowledge is the best teacher of life. Before the tour, I only listen about the principle of light. But I applied it practically in Science city with all available instruments. I had clearly understood the law of reflection and refraction of light.

Moreover, we saw the beauties of nature, i.e. animals and birds of different kinds. Not only that, they had attached the postcard, near them giving details (local name, scientific name, habitats, types of species, etc.) about animals and birds so we can gain more knowledge easily. Lastly, we watched the three-dimensional movie there. Also, we asked about the working principle of movies. They clearly explained how it works in three axis. After bucketful of knowledge, we returned home and kept in unforgettable memories of a life
